2017 Registration fees are as follows:

  • Pee-Wee T-Ball and Regular T-Ball: $50 
  • AA, AAA, and Majors: $85 
  • Juniors Softball: $100

Families of three or more only pay for the two oldest children.
All children registered will play regardless of ability to pay. For information about need-based scholarships, e-mail .

Necessary Documentation

For players who are new to the league, a copy (not an original) of the player's birth certificate issued by the state, county, or municipal government must be provided.

All players must provide copies of 3 items for address verification (documents with P.O. Boxes are not valid for this purpose), dated or in effect between February 1, 2016 and February 1, 2017. Each of the 3 items must come from a DIFFERENT Group below; for example, an electric and cable bill will only count as one of the 3 items. If your child is enrolled in a school within the City of Portland as of 9/30/16, you may provide proof of attendance for the current school year instead of the residence address verification documents by having this form completed and signed by a school administrator.

Group I

1. Driver’s License (photo ID of parent(s) or guardian(s) with qualifying residence address)
2. School records (home address of player’s parents or guardians)
3. Vehicle records (i.e., registration, lease, etc.)
4. Employment records
5. Insurance documents (with residence address)

Group II

1. Welfare/child care records 
2. Federal records (i.e., Federal Tax, Social Security, etc.) 
3. State records 
4. Local (municipal) records 
5. Support payment records
6. Homeowner or tenant records 
7. Military records

Group III

1. Voter’s Registration 
2. Utility bills (i.e., - gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal)
3. Financial records (loan, credit, investments, etc.)
4. Medical records 
5. Internet, cable, or satellite television records
